Appointments
To make an appointment you can call our spa directly. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, please feel free to call us at the last minute and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 12 hours notice for individual appointments and 24 hours notice for packages. Canceling or changing appointment for groups of three or more requires 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 35% of published tariff of each service.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Certificates and promotional coupons at check-in.

Refunds, Gift Certificates, Series, and Products
Certificates and Series Purchases are non-refundable. Products or accessories can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.

After your Treatment
If essential oils and masks have been applied to the body, try to wait at least two hours after the service before showering, thus ensuring maximum benefit of the treatment. Drink plenty of fluids afterwards, preferably water or tea, to aid elimination of toxins and to re-hydrate the body.

Allergies and Health Conditions
Please inform us in advance of your service if you have severe allergies or any serious medical conditions (such as circulatory problems, heart or kidney disease), or if you are undergoing chemotherapy. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, certain services may not be suitable given your health condition.
